Shop Manager
Black Optix Tint is an upscale option for window tinting and auto styling. We make the process easy, deliver high-quality work, and genuinely care about the customer experience—so first-time customers become long-term customers.
We’re hiring a Shop Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations and keep quality, production, and customer experience consistent. You’ll coach the team, own workflow and scheduling, and help the shop run smoothly while supporting production when needed.
Qualifications
- Leadership or management experience in a service environment
- Strong organization and ability to run a fast-paced workflow
- Quality-focused with high standards and attention to detail
- Comfortable using software for scheduling, reporting, and CRM
- Able to support shop operations physically when needed
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop the shop team
- Own daily operations: scheduling, workflow, open/close
- Maintain a great customer experience from start to finish
- Manage quality control with pre/post vehicle inspections
- Jump in to support production when needed to hit timelines
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Handle payroll tasks and basic admin processes
- Track KPIs and report performance to ownership
